Video and Photo Purchases

These are the terms and conditions when purchasing videos and photos from Silent Knight Productions (SKP).

1. The purchaser is the person or authorized representative for the person(s)s performing in the photos and videos, and is not purchasing videos or photos of any group in which they are not performing or are not their authorized representative..
2. All minors depicted in the videos or photos in these videos/photos have the consent of their guardians to be recorded and/or photographed at this event.
3. Photos are licensed for use by the purchaser for any legal purpose. Please attirbute photo credit to “Don Skaggs – SilentKnightStudio.com” if and where appropriate.
4. The audio/video recordings and photos remain the proprty of SKP in perpetuity, and may be used by SKP for any legal purpose or edited in any way without advance approval or consent from purchasor or the persons recorded.
5. SKP may share videos and photos with organizations hosting or sponsoring the event, for news, reporting and promotional purposes.
6. Video and audio recordings are licensed to the purchaser and depicted participants by SKP for private archival and/or educational use as a personal record of their performance, and any other legal use. Note that the underlying compositions in the recordings have not been licensed by the rights holders for any use which might include but not limited to; publication, copying/sharing, public performance, broadcast, streaming, posting online to social platforms, used in derivative projects, synchronization, etc. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to clear any copyrights or obtain any licenses for such uses.
7. The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SKP, it’s agents and assigns, from any direct or indirect actions arising from unauthorized use of the materials after delivery.
